Once we have successfully attained your Commercial Insurance, Ellerton Knight provide the following enhanced service promises:

  • We provide advice on technical issues, new trading activities and risk management. We can also assist in the preparation of a Health and Safety Audit.
  • Ellerton Knight ensure the smooth transfer of business from your previous advisers. We operate a “no go back” philosophy and we will deal with all issues relating to your insurance requirements irrespective of when claims and queries might have arisen.
  • Mid-term review meetings ensure that you and your business are receiving the service that you expect and that your requirements are being fully met by Ellerton Knight.
  • Your Ellerton Knight Account Executive will accompany you on all meetings which are conducted by your Insurance Company, such as surveys and claims.
